		<description>Thanks for this Mark.  Here in the States we take so many things like this for granted.  It is good to get some perspective on what is happening in other parts of the world.  Frankly, I find it embarrassing when I realize just how unaware I am of what happens on either side of the oceans around North America.</description>

		<description>so... does this mean that on the train traveling to Krakow we will not be awakened at 1 and 3 in the morning as we enter Slovakia and Poland and that on the way to Praga we will not be held up at the HU and SLK borders any more????? if so, this is good news indeed...</description>
